While Integrity Condominium Management started in 2017, Chris herself has 22+ years of experience in condo management and 30 years in Calgary. She knows our city!
She’s managed properties in BC and Alberta, including newly developed properties for developers, bare land condos, high rises, town homes, commercial bays, and condominium properties with serious problems.
Chris is an inspiring and ambitious entrepreneur who thrives on networking and forming new and lasting relationships. She will always go above and beyond her challenges and wants to create meaningful experience for you as a client.
Accomplishments Include:
- Earning the highest ranking female manager in the Transportation Department for the City of Calgary
- Being a featured speaker to young Elementary and Junior High School students about chasing your dreams and not to be afraid to fail
- Facilitating for the City of Calgary Leadership Development Program, Stress Management, Managing Change, Interviewing Minorities using the Targeted Selection Method and Managing a Unionized Work Force

Michelle Elias,
Junior Property Manager
My name is Michelle, I am a Jr. Property Manager as well as the Office Manager at Integrity.
I am currently waiting to take the Condominium Property Management courses, which should be available late 2021. In the meantime, I am hands-on, and learning the business.
I joined the Integrity team in October of 2020. Before that I was a Registered Dental Assistant for 17 years. I found that career to be rewarding and I learned a lot about people. What I loved the most about Assisting, was meeting people, and helping them through a rough appointment, my goal was to make sure everyone left smiling.
I bring that same goal to my approach to Management, I know sometimes things can be frustrating, but with guidance, teamwork, and a little bit of humour, we can get through it.
I’m excited for my future with Integrity and getting to know our clients!
When I’m not in the office, I am spending as much time with my Husband and little girl as I can, I’m doing my best to turn them both into a pro campers!
